The business meeting of the 55th annual AACTM conference was called to order by President Pat Rossi. The minutes for the 2004 meeting were read and approved.
The following reports were given.
1. Treasurer's report
Janie Kennedy distributed a copy of the treasurer's report including
income and
expenditures since the last meeting. The balance as of the 2005 meeting was
$820.84.
2. A committee was formed to propose changes of the bylaws : Pat Rossi (Troy University), Tom Leathrum(JSU), and Rieff Lafleur(Troy University at Dothan)
3. Jacksonville State University will host the 2006 meeting.
4. The Alabama Journal of Mathematics needs a volunteer to serve as chair of the board of trustees for the journal.
